Pros
Great Benefits, work from home capability, and decent pay. The Standard has really looked out throughout the Pandemic.
Cons
Overworked, short staffed, training doesn't prepare you for the job at all and your co-workers are so overworked, they can't help you. Management knows that the training was poor and it was revamped for future classes with no consideration to previous classes that continue to struggle. Antiquated systems and processes.
