Pros
The amount of Netflix i watched. Stranger Things, Prison Break, Dirty John etc all crushed.
Cons
We were promised Showers and Locker Room facilities and to be "growing quickly and regularly" on the picturesque Fall River Office. And instead received undrinkable dirty water, work on holidays, and cold cheese sandwiches at our staff Christmas. Any company this size and this young with this many former employees has a major issue. The Tim Hortons down the street probably has less employee turnover and probably better management. Since the beginning the company has had an issue establishing a positive culture. Every issue this company has stems from the top. People being handed promotions that have literally no business or education being there. Sure, everyone is motivated differently. But absolutely no one is motivated by being castrated via email and CCing the entire staff. If you need to say something to someone, say it. Don't stare at your shoe laces while you're doing it. And saying if you don't hit your goals I don't hit mine is NOT an appropriate form of motivation, also neither is sharing a box at a basketball game with your bosses. Oh and stop having affairs and not addressing law suites. It just alienates the entire staff and causes gossip. Stop selling expired product. Stop literally making fun of things like mental health days, it's 2019.
