Pros

Relatively easy work, team that I worked with was passionate. Laid back environment

Cons

Early hours,presale manager was very condescending and rude, make one mistake you'll never hear the end of it. Also very low pay compared to the return that the company makes on tickets resold.

Pros

I interned this past spring with The Sales team and it was truly a remarkable experience. George Waterstraat the COO, spent countless hours mentoring me and gave me a wealth of knowledge that I could not have gained elsewhere. He inspired me and motivated me throughout my internship and I am so grateful for having the opportunity

Cons

Occasionally had to work really early in the morning but it was worth it... also got out early those days

Pros

While working in ticket operations, I got to work with a great team that helped me learn everything about how the company works with venue deals, how to fulfill tickets, and how to have good connections with other Reps from companies such as Live Nation, Ticketmaster, and many others. Everyone is very friendly and open to help. We also have a lot of company outings which include company trips to a Los Angeles Angels , Lakers, Kings, and other sports games in Southern California. They also include great benefits and commission!

Cons

You need to work hard in order to move yourself up with the company. You have to work weekends.
