      Important mission and used to have incredible people

      Cons

      Saddened by what is happening here. Lots of people are concerned that interim CEO is making people afraid to correct people when they misgender others.

      Pros

      The best management and team I ever worked with doing work I appreciated with a focus on a vulnerable population.

      Cons

      Due to their focus being on LGBTQ youth, they are unfortunately at the mercy of trends in both politics and in philanthropy. Several rounds of layoffs happened as fewer people have maintained their conviction to protect queer youth.
