      If you’re YT and conservative this is the place to be. This is THEEE worst job I’ve ever had. Trevor truly has gone down the hill, in the pit, through the mud, and right into the dump Want a unsafe working space filled with bullies in leadership… this is the place to you Yes directors and C suite YOU Y O U are the problem

      Pros

      The best management and team I ever worked with doing work I appreciated with a focus on a vulnerable population.

      Cons

      Due to their focus being on LGBTQ youth, they are unfortunately at the mercy of trends in both politics and in philanthropy. Several rounds of layoffs happened as fewer people have maintained their conviction to protect queer youth.
