      Flexible schedule, great customer service experience, wonderful staff. Teaches an array of different services and teaches you to balance priorities for simultaneous customers.

      Cons

      Rare negative customer interactions. Limited advancement opportunity due to franchise. Pay is limited also due to franchise, you will have to move on for advancement.

      Pros

      Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

      Cons

      Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
