Pros
Generally easy work, slow days, and decent pay.
Cons
Not trained properly or consistently on certain things, rude customers, and online training isn't really helpful to learn the job and testing is generally confusing. While a good job to have for college student or someone looking for some part time work but long term I don't think it really that's worth the stress that comes with the job especially how consistently you'll deal with rude and demanding customers (depending on the location you work at). Honestly while I wasn't a big fan of previous job this current job has made me miss it to some extent given that there wasn't too much customer interaction in comparison. Also I generally feel like I have less time to have some time to take care of personal things related to school and etc.
