Pros
My location had attentive management and flexible hours. People who needed to work full-time hours were afforded that, and those who didn't were still scheduled for the amount of hours they wanted.
Cons
The biggest downside is (as in any job) the customers. Much of this job is explaining things to people who come in, over and over, Additionally, this job will make you be on your feet most of the day, but when there are lapses in customers (mostly during 10am - 2pm) there is no supplemental tasks to get done, and can become very boring.
