      I was able to meet a lot of different people from all walks of life and have interesting and engaging interactions.

      Cons

      Sometimes the online print quote system would offer products and services at a rate that was below what the market value was for the work done, or the service.

      Pros

      Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

      Cons

      Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
