With unlimited PTO, we get the flexibility to take off time when needed to for vacation, personal appointments, or anything you may need it for. There are several company benefits and perks that are appreciated. Also, TVg puts culture first and likes to build an atmosphere that puts the employees first which in turn produces better work. It is a small company s you are known by name and you know just about everyone else that you work with which provides an environment that you feel comfortable with to share ideas.
Cons
Unlimited PTO comes with a price. Our personal bonuses are all determined based on utilization, if you are not working on client work then you are not building towards your goals and you utilization. This can be a challenge if take time off or if there is a slow quarter with little work.
