The staff is supportive. Great organization, nice hours

They could be a bit more flexible

flexible hours, nice residents, friendly co-workers

new management took away little things that the residents loved just to save a few bucks. They took away their dinner soup and ice cream (they used to both be served everynight with dinner if the resident wanted, and now it's very infrequent). It's hard to see the residents treated that way. Also, they cut the staffing, so the residents don't get the same attention as before.
