      Pros

      No hard work unless the computers are on the fritz.

      Cons

      The owner talks down to his employees and about his customers. He does not understand how to do any of the work his editors are doing and he thinks the editors can do their work load on old computers. Also, it is too much work for very low pay (and no health insurance or aid).
