Pros

Great work, life balance. Good experience for an entry-level job. 3-weeks paid vacation, some what flexible at times depending on your department and manager.

Cons

Lack of growth and opportunities. Low Compensation and you will need to fundraise for their causes, and they push this ALOT with their employees.
