It’s amazing to experience from the inside such a fast growing company and the possibility to work on projects that are impacting tens of thousands of people. I love the variety, the agility, being always on top of the latest trends in business, meeting world famous founders and purpose driven startups, etc.

Due to fast growth and lack of experience in some cases, not enough focus is given to leading people and creating psychologically safe environment
