Pros
I have kiddos scheduled on the hour which gives me enough time to drive between locations and take a restroom break if needed. I have run errands in between kiddos and can move appointments around depending upon my clients' availability. My supervisor (CLM) has my back and she is reachable throughout the day. She offered me a promotion within six months at the job. She has been open to recommendations to encourage communication. Leadership has a growth mindset, as well. We are paid fairly here and they are open to negotiation when you join the company. Many benefits are included in the package. Overall, I am happier here than my last job. My passion is back and that has been a game-changer. I am thankful for that!
Cons
The bummer is no holiday pay but they give PTO to make up for that. You can make up the hours for your clients so that you still get paid for that time.
