Therefore Interactive has an excellent culture and workplace environment. Rapid growth in the past year has left some strain on resources. Senior management are aware of this and are in the process of hiring additional staff. Looking for a new position, know Drupal? Why not submit your resume! Therefore typically hires friendly, intelligent, experienced people who fit in with the companies core culture. The Toronto office is located in Liberty Village and is easily accessible by car, TTC, or the GO-train. There is always a good selection of free snacks and coffee to help keep your energy up throughout the day. What I like best about Therefore is that as a manager, I am empowered to contribute and run my department. I am not micro-managed. A nice change compared to some other employers I have worked for! This is a small business on a path of steady growth to becoming a much larger company. As such, it does experience growing pains but nothing that can't be overcome with good management and excellent additional staff!
