Good learning from senior management. On job learning - its training school for graduates Management is accessible HR is helpful.
Cons
Don't expect good rise. Worst ever salary break-up (it's tactic of management to give any one benefit every year out of increment, incentive & promotion). Very slow decision making process. Reactive management. Politics at every level and easily visible.
