There's a really smart and strongly collaborative staff. The small town culture in the local area rubs off in the friendliness of the work environment.

As ThermoAnalytics grows, it has lost some of its identity and the specific vision of the company. At the same time, it has also struggled to create an organizational structure and goals to continue the individual innovation that the growth process has come from.
