Just god awful - Equipment Operator Thiess Employee Review

What an absolute dumpster fire of a joint this is. Never been on a crew that had so many bad words to say about the site they were on. Supervisor team was deplorable, definitely purple circle things happening there. Charter flights were always broken down, late or delayed. Unpaid for almost 2 hours of travel to and from camp to site per day. The whole of Olive Downs just needs to shut down. If anyone higher up in mining department actually went to that mine to see what was going on, it wouldn’t last. The turn over of people there was huge, I only endured 3 months there and saw many many people come and go in that time. Just an awful, awful joint to be at.
