You can't get fired. Flexible work schedule. Beer on tap in the office. Inbound leads/not just cold calling. Pays a base salary for not actually being profitable. Wide flexibility to perform few duties.

Printing is globally in decline and management seems to only in the last year recognize that might be an issue. Flagship software will be made fully obsolete within 2-3 years & upcoming projects are sloppy and unwanted remixes of past failures. North American market is an afterthought to the Germany based owners. The inbound leads are far too little to keep a sales person busy and management refuses to expand coordinated marketing efforts in English. You can't get fired; a guy used to show up drunk. Management is passive aggressive and is allergic to direct confrontation or communication. No enforcement of business-critical policies and processes. New office space and enforced policies treats workers like temps. Pay is overall low and has created a chronic morale and talent issue. Technical Talent in Berlin does not understand certificates or cryptography. Office is in an echo chamber, chairs and spaces are uncomfortable. No semblance of privacy anywhere.
