Management lacks commitment to fostering a positive productive culture, competitive pay, and training people for the positions they currently hold or aspire to. You should hear the way some of the office staff talk about the customers when out of earshot--not great. Some employees are known by the rest of the staff as short-tempered toward each other and to avoid at all costs. Averse to innovating--to the detriment of the business. Be aware if you're looking to work in one of their stores-if you're working alone for a weekday shift, you won't get an actual meal break away from the store. Avoid.
