Not given full salary - Anonymous employee Think Again Lab Employee Review

No pros at all. All the reviews which are available here are forcefully done by the ceo, coo, cfo and cto the entire management.

First of all there are many formar employes who are yet receive months and months of salary. They say there is claus in offer letter by that they are not paying but employees who have served notice period still they did not receive any salary. Every day you are mentally tortured to do work by not going home, not take leaves etc huge manipulation is at play all the time. I have even heard that they physically harassed female and male employees hence they left. These are not written in offer letter but still employees dont receive salary on time. Either they will not pick up calles or they will block you if you ask for your salary which you are supposed to get. They even manipulated female employees to keep their mouth shut due to harrasment. SHAME ON YOU

There is nothing good in this company

They don't seem to care about their company or their employees. They don’t even pay their employees, including their office staff, and only think about themselves. While they have money for their own luxuries, they don’t prioritize the needs of their employees. Their lack of professionalism is evident in the way they communicate and treat people. They are unwilling to pay for basic expenses, like the rented chairs from event organizers. They appear unprofessional and lack the skills to properly run and manage a company.
