      I have no pros to mention in this section.I would be lying if I said I came across any during my time here, as I didn't!

      Cons

      The stress levels were quite high here. It led to an AWFUL WORK-LIFE BALANCE, and I was reaching home exhausted every day. I had no time for family or friends as I always had work. It was terrible. THE PAY WAS ALSO NOT UP TO THE MARK. The upper management had an arrogant attitude. They paid you less and expected the sun and the moon from you. BEWARE!

      Pros

      TP is a great place to work. The management takes care of their team and you can tell they honestly value their employees. They take safety more seriously than any company I have ever worked for. I can't recommend enough.

      Change can be slow to happen.

      Great company to work for. They are very open with their employees. The owner's door is always open. I highly recommend this company.
