Sr. Management is a little out of touch. Going from Private to Public had a bunch of challenges.

The staff are some of the best people around, and the product is very cool. Free food and alcohol frequently.

Salary and benefits were, to put it mildly, low and insufficient. Office Politics. Weird rules about food, fridges, and personal items.
