Worst work culture - Anonymous employee Think Talent Services Employee Review

The work culture is pathetic.though it should not happen with a company size of 30 employees. Senior management believes in those who have been working with thinktalent from the beginning. No respect is given to the new joinees. You will asked to do other activities rather than your KRAs. They are always busy comparing themselves with other competitors. No appreciation and no rewards for the work you do for them.
