Pros
Audacious vision, leaders on a mission. Awesome projects for impact. Really great people. Team days were a real highlight.
Cons
Ebb and flow of workload was hard to navigate. Seemed like quite high staff turnover. The different agendas within the leadership team can create very slow progress with urgently needed improvements.
