Pros

creative freedom and free snacks (sadly) some cool clients here and there but the company is very selective on who gets to be on those accounts

Cons

management wont care to connect with more junior ppl. big hierarchy vibes in the company. ull have to work OT because of different time zones or just incompetent managers. had a lay off a while ago and most people effected were junior ppl. low pay as well. the excuse for a pay raise will always be 'no budget'

Pros

I came to Thinkingbox by way of a merger and my talents were immediately noticed. I was able to grow my career quickly and found a place that allowed me to take advantage of my strengths and build a stronger team. We have been able to grow our business with direct brands and it's been rewarding to do so. While growth comes with its own challenges and no company is perfect my time here has created a unique learning experience and a great opportunity for me to advance my career.

Cons

Connecting with teammates across offices can be tricky and the growth mentality can make it tricky to keep priorities straight.
