Pros

People are generally nice, young employee population Product offering is solid Could be good for someone out of college with no career experience

Cons

think of your base pay as your total earnings. quarterly OTE targets are unrealistic and unattainable with very little room for grace. Hire/fire shop - absolutely will fire you before they invest in your professional growth. Struggling? That is your fault, not at all related to the lack of support from management. Very limited room for growth/movement within the company Work/life balance is non existent - no boundaries in place and sacrificing your personal life for work is encouraged. Cost of living has dramatically increased but they’re paying significantly less than they did 3 years ago for the exact same roles. Super competitive culture. Accounts vary widely in terms of earning potential. Managers can and will assign accounts based on favoritism. Causes tension among team due to unfair territory splits. Management for equities/credit sales team has explicitly told VPs that they did not care about the team’s associates. It shows. Over 45% of 1-1 meetings were moved, cancelled, or ignored entirely. Sometimes would not have a 1-1 with your manager for over a month. Bring in outside sales consultants to change processes but this created a huge disconnect between trainings and actual sales calls. DEI issue across commercial teams - 2 women on a team of 20+ is abysmal

Pros

Good entry-level opportunity with exposure to fast-paced, client-facing work. The company hires driven, sociable individuals and can be a strong starting point for building communication, prioritization, and execution skills in a high-performance environment.

Cons

High turnover and inconsistent management quality significantly impact the employee experience. Success is heavily dependent on your team lead and manager, with limited recourse if you’re placed under ineffective leadership. In my experience, poor communication, lack of emotional intelligence, and unclear expectations from management made it difficult to succeed and negatively affected day-to-day productivity. Internal processes around performance management and PTO lacked transparency. I was placed on a PIP and terminated shortly after (within a week) in a way that felt abrupt and not aligned with prior communication, which was initially framed as a discussion around pending PTO. There were also delays in PTO approvals, and I experienced issues with compensation adjustments following a promotion that required follow-up to resolve.
