Hire/fire shop - absolutely will fire you before they invest in your professional growth. Struggling? That is your fault, not at all related to the lack of support from management.

Management for equities/credit sales team has explicitly told VPs that they did not care about the team’s associates. It shows. Over 45% of 1-1 meetings were moved, cancelled, or ignored entirely. Sometimes would not have a 1-1 with your manager for over a month.
Bring in outside sales consultants to change processes but this created a huge disconnect between trainings and actual sales calls.
