Cons
1. Lack of ownership from the management side. 2. At the time of hiring, they mentioned a component of variable pay in the offer letter but they never pay it and keep on cancelling every year by giving silly excuses. 3. No or very less hikes in the name of appraisal. I have heard they have given hikes in 2023 after a wait of 2-3 years and that too hardly 1-2%. 4. Fake promises. 5. Senior management unhappy with top management decisions. In lieu of the same, many top guns have already left the company after thirdera was formed. Evergreen systems was 10X better. 6. It takes months, years to bring into effect even the smallest change.
