Thirdware is the best company to start your career. They will give many opportunities to freshers and freshers can explore here. Thirdware is the only company where we can grow more technically. They will provide a good pay to all people. They will also provide a good hike at the end of each financial year. Here everyone will live like a family friends and it is such a healthy environment to work.
Cons
Their Main client is Ford. They depend on Ford a lot. They do have other clients for QAD. But for JAVA, Hyperion, ERP and Automation domain, their client will be the only FORD.
