Definite startup culture, amazing staff and people! I loved my time at Thirst Project. They really focus on making sure you learn a lot and gain from the experience.
Cons
There aren't many downsides, except that the pay is stipend based vs hourly. It's also a startup culture, so you have to be prepared for that. Other than that, I loved it!
