Pros
Thistle Initiatives is a relatively new company growing at a fast pace, with that comes huge opportunity for growth and development, both for the business and on a personal level. Now it's becoming more established senior management are putting greater focus on TSF (Treating Staff Fairly), this includes increased staff benefits and rewards / recognition for individuals who embody the company values.
The calibre of staff that Thistle employ is very high, especially in the insurance sector ;) of the business. This is not a business where sub-standard people will be carried - if you want to blend into the masses and just be carried by those around you this isn't the place for you. If on the other hand you're good, you know your stuff and you have a 'can do' attitude with a desire to really push yourself and the business forward then you want to come here - It's all about your attitude to succeed!
Cons
There's a lot to do and not enough time to do it...but on the other hand it's good because no day stands still.
