      Pros

      Cool Japanese atelier and extremely talented patter makers

      Cons

      Incredibly rude and disrespectful employees. Long hours. Endless errands including getting lunch for designers and sending personal garments to dry cleaners. Constantly missing meals. No work-life balance.
