One of the worst places I have worked - Quality Control Inspector Thomas Group Employee Review

Rude management, poor treatment of employees, favoritism with certain employees...for example I reported a guy drinking on second shift and was told I have no proof (despite there being a history of him being reported for smelling like alcohol) then they fired me for complaining about his lazy work ethic, spend an hour a day in the bathroom, and drinking at work.. Management is living in a world of illusion...don't bother, the pay is not very good and the raises are a joke. If you get a dime after a year and ask why so low they will tell you to feel lucky because not everyone gets a raise. Lol. Management gets their raise every year! This place is a joke.
