Pay is not competitive at all. You’ll barely get any pay rises but your responsibilities will increase more and more over time. You’ll probably do a lot more than what is stated in your job description and some stuff will have nothing to do with your role. Everyone does at least two jobs in one due to restructuring and staff leaving and not being replaced. Company is going through major changes at the moment so nothing feels secure or certain.
