I can’t think of any major cons

Competitive Salary, Good Benefits Package, Friendly People. It was actually surprising to me that my starting salary was as high as it was. I had very little experience and yet I was give a starting salary of 42,000. They also provided a profit sharing plan and 401k. That is where my positive feedback stops.

There seems to be a real lack of leadership form senior partners. Generally speaking, they only care about their book of business and grooming young associates. They could care less about paralegals. As a paralegal, I received very little guidance or direction from senior management. They treat paralegals like a commodity.
