Good Learning but very bad management leading to toxic environment and loosing good employees - Managerial Thomson Digital Employee Review

- Very ill-behavior by managers, demeaning the employees, abusive language, no moral or ethics -No process defined or streamlined, no documentation -Production staff is called every Sunday with minimal wage of overtime of Rs40 hourly -Misbehavior is encouraged/overlooked by HR and reporting managers which leads to poisoning of good people in team. -Poor planning of production managers which leads to major swipe of jobs of many people and yet there jobs are saved as they are favorite. - No discipline in organization - Employee wellness is terrible. -Push/pressurize employees to resign to maintain budget.
