Mundane, Repetitive, demotivating - Lighting Designer Thorn Lighting Employee Review

Where do I start! There should be exciting projects, here it's like a factory process working on the same project day in day out! Sales are demanding for completion of work when we are at full capacity and the Senior Management do little to support. Never once have we been asked how can they improve our working environment or support us. Often Senior Management are non-existent, we don't even know what's going on in the business! I had very little support and absolutely zero development opportunities. It's unsurprising so many of my colleagues have left.
