Pros

Unfortunately there is lot more to satisfy an employee despite just free cabs and 1 Pm to 9 PM fix timing with no stretch.

Cons

1. No need to mention here as most of the reviews have already mentioned that its a family business having Jija, brother in law, husband wives and professionally close friends with some benefits. 2. Professional buttering people are earning well here. 3. Those who are reading this review please make sure to carefully observe all the reviews and analyse whats there which makes the reviews or ratings change drastically after few negative feedbacks. after few negative feedbacks , the HR or the family members start writing 5* reviews , which can fool you. 4, Talk about the growth of this organisation: last few months have noticed a attrition rate of around 35-40%. and those who have recently joined are either leaving the company within 2-3 months or denying the offers. 5. Work culture: Everything you see is just fake, Act as if you are a Blackstone Guy and work as if you are a Slave. 6. Managers literally shout on senior people right on the floor. (Dont trust me?? Go , Join and feel that) 7. Dont dare to raise your voice against anything unprofessional because the hierarchy wont let your voice raise. 8. Moreover, for the jobseekers, They are only using Blackstone's name ,the payroll is of Thoughtfocus. (Blackstone has only one office in india which is in Mumbai---Check website) 9. People coming from good brands and healthy work culture, the Managers will not let each of your breaks go unnoticed, even if it is for 5 mins. 10. Environment is very biased and depressing at times, Some people can make your life hell and less people will make it easy, Your job is find out those who make it easy.

Pros

None- the description of the company sounds great but it isn’t reality

Cons

1) Lacking integrity- discrimination, favoritism, nepotism, and sexism are all in play here 2) Poor Leadership- micromanagement, lack of direction/no strategy, lacking of experience, and no concern for others in company. It’s surprising to see such poor leadership in a company. Prior CEO, CBO, and CIO after acquisition, weren’t qualified. They are the primary reasons for the majority of the cons on this list. 3) Lack of communication 4) Lack of trust at all levels 5) No career growth 6) Poor sales 7) Poor operations 8) No energy 9) Lacking of consulting services intelligence 10) The culture is off the charts bad 11) There were some good leaders in the past but they were fired because they were a threat to new leaders 12) No future because all of the prior 11 listed cons
