Thank you also for your candid comments about leadership alignment and career growth. As we grow as a company, we absolutely need to provide clear structures, transparent expectations, and consistent leadership expectations.
The engineering leaders we have recently put in place are all here to drive both operational excellence as well as business and member outcomes in equal measure, and our 2026 Tech Roadmap is all about achieving and maintaining that balance. It’s a fair critique that we can communicating all of this more broadly, and you should expect to see more of that over the next few quarters in monthly rituals for Engineering Health and for Operational Health.
