Lack of appreciation for long term employees. You can be told you are all day but in the end your not. Bonuses for new hires but benefits of long terms are very lacking. New hire wages are very comparable to long term that has more knowledge and skill. Great for someone just coming in and not planning on staying more than 2 years. However makes long term employees feel even less valued. Management structure is comical at times. Changes seem almost daily.
