While offering various opportunities, also has its downsides. The company's fast-paced environment can lead to high levels of stress and burnout, especially during peak project periods. Employees may experience long working hours, which can disrupt work-life balance and personal time. Additionally, the competitive atmosphere might create pressure to consistently perform at a high level, which can be overwhelming.
