Pros
TicketNetwork offers free daily lunch; an on-site gym; a place to do laundry; holiday celebrations/company parties; game room/area; and a free university to learn new skills. On top of that, the company has a flexible schedule (where working from home is sometimes an option), an overall relaxed atmosphere (no pant suits necessary), and chances for growth not only within your position, but within the company as a whole. It's possible to start here doing one thing and to move on as early as six months later, sometimes to try something entirely new. Most managers (or at least the ones I've worked with) have been open to new ideas, as well as willing to try to accommodate each worker, especially if you work hard and do well. While most departments have their own goals, you don’t have to worry about anyone breathing down your neck to achieve them. As with anything, I think a career with TN is all about what you make of it. If you take advantage of the amenities, work hard, strive to do well, and develop a great relationship with your co-workers/manager, you’ll feel happy and fulfilled.
Cons
Pay is not always competitive; work days are actually 9 hours, not 8, due to an unpaid lunch hour.
