Supportive mentorship and good working environment. Easy-going colleagues

Not many projects, Upper management worked from home most of the time, do not have the chance to meet and speak with them often

The senior designers are very willing to guide the interns, I have learnt a lot from them. They also extended employee benefits to the interns, which was very generous of them.

There seem to be some internal conflicts between the staff and the bosses regarding working relationships.
