I worked for this company for a couple of years and the company never had a clear vision and/or mission. The company had a decent culture before getting adquired but lacked structure. After the acquisition the company had more structure but culture deteriorated. It is very difficult to grow your career in this company. Either you have to be extremely patient or be friends with upper management.
The company glorifies newer employees coming from 2 star rated companies on Glassdoor disregarding concerns about these employees' qualifications such as poor management skills and favoritism tendecies. If you want to be successful in this company just say yes to upper management, but be aware, even if you always say yes, they will only advance you if you a) try really hard to be friends with leadership or b) after you've complained enough to HR. They are going to tell you, we have an open door policy, that's just a fantasy. If you raise concerns, they will not work with you and if they do, it will be a constant struggle. Additionally, they will put blocks to your career advancement if they don't like you but promote newer employees within 6 months or less after joining the company even if they don't know anything about the platform, lack the necessary skills and often seems they are just getting that promotion because of favoritism.
They will only try to hire prospects that are referrals from upper management and give biased and ridiculous feedback about prospects who aren't referrals. For instance, feedback such as that prospect is very chatty and even when their referral was more chatty than the prospect..Gues who got hired?!
I'm glad I don't work for a company like this anymore because I don't want to work for a company that promotes favoritism as one of their values. Last, company has zero respect for tenure and will not care working with you on concerns related to the management team. If you can, stay away from this company.
