I love my job at tigers childcare. I come everyday with a smile on my face and excited to start my day, everyday being different you never get bored here.
I love to create my room around the children’s interests and there is always support and materials when creating new things.
My managers are so supportive and I go to them for anything I need which definitely takes of any stress the job can bring.
I can’t wait to see when my many more years in tigers brings me. I have progressed through tigers from a student on placement to now a room leader in my dream room. There’s is always room for progression here at tigers childcare

Recruitment can be challenging due to low sector pay
Great colleagues onsite. Hardworking and fun workplace. Fantastic opportunities to learn, make a difference and build relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Cons
It is evident that staff concerns are not listened to. It is a great pity that even managers in the crèches are not listened to by those in higher management. We work hard yet this is not recognised and financially, Tigers is one of the lowest paying companies in the sector. Unequal pay in some centres for the same roles.
