- No work life balance as it is a small company and we have to involve always in some or other activity - No onsite opportunities

- good for fresher to enter software industry

- very bad management - no work life balance - if you know how to impress the manager then you can survive here and can get very good growth, no need of any knowledge - no importance to employee - no work ethics - the only startup i have seen reducing the size - CEO requesting to give good review on glassdoor :D
