Pros
The hourly associates team together to tolerate the hostile ever changing environment.
Cons
This is a privately owned hotel by a big money family in a small town. The owners constantly hover over managers, change their minds daily on policies and seem to just reach for random answers when things are not working. Ideas are not welcome when it comes to improvements or positive changes. They expect blood when it comes to hours the managers work (7 days a week 60-70 hours average). Pay is extremely low and no where near industry norm. Guests can tell the strain on the middle level managers. Hourly associates are view as very disposable and are never given the opportunity to improve or earn more wage. Very sad and frustrating place to work.
