Pros
Company is somewhat good Staff is somewhat commendable
Cons
Worked in TimeXperts for quite a time, for its so called "Team" where only domain knowledge counts but is LITERALLY of NO USE. You have to work like a crazy robot executing TRs (test runs) for a total of 9 hrs. The manager is so cruel that he treats his team members as slaves, the employees look like some labor of a factory company. - Asks to work 9 hrs, even if an employee takes 8 hours and leaves the office (for some appropriate reason), his 1 hour is deducted from his sum of Paid time offs. (while other managers let their employees leave within 8 hours or so) - There is no appreciation of the work the employee is doing. - Favoritism at its peak. - HR is manipulative too. Allotted some employees for her conspiracy tasks. Nepotism at its best, and HR role is a one man show. - Employees bust their heads while working but their salary scale is so low, increment is also too low which doesn't match the work load. - Manager expects HIS LABORS to work for full 9 hours with no breaks or any mind refreshing activities. - Their is no empathy. - Employees are literally afraid of their managers as he is so worst. LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST. Even though major companies in Karachi has allowed Work From Home because of CORONA VIRUS, the company has disallowed this working.. but the manager is so hopeless that he has ordered his employees to "WORK FROM HOME" if an only if there are some symptoms of CORONA ILLNESS in them ( if symptoms occur, he would be under quarantine for 15 days, how would he/she even work?!) He is just too amazing!!!!!! Would not recommend anyone working for this team, if he/she values PEACE over frustration or some high standards corporate cultures, and fake professionalism.
