      Timken has a tight-knit family feel. Everyone is very supportive and friendly. Managers are very approachable. Charitable giving and volunteering are encouraged throughout the year.

      Cons

      Old school manufacturing mindset. Change happens slowly, and work is not bleeding edge technical.

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
